Unemployment in India

Introduction. India is a developing country. It is the second most; populated country in the whole world. We have all the natural resources in our country. We have a long series of mountains, rivers, agricultural lands and well-developed ports. The govt. is trying very hard to develop our country by introducing 'Five Year Plannings'. We happen to see long rows of unemployed youths in our employment offices. The authorities feel helpless before the gigantic problem which is increasing by leaps and bounds.
Causes of Unemployment. The main reason of unemployment is our increasing population. We fall short at our increasing demand^ A skilled person can handle the work of a hundred people with the help of heavy machines and computer technology. The labour class is, badly effected due to professional commercialization. Small scale units have been replaced by big industries. Our faulty education-system is also responsible for this problem. There are lakhs of graduate and post-graduate youths waiting for some employment. Today is the time of technical education.  Govt. jobs are becoming fewer and fewer. In the age of privatization, our educationists and policy makers should provide technical education in our schools and colleges.
Bad affects of unemployment. Deprived of the jobs, our youths are forced to commit crimes. They are misguided by anti-social elements and creating a lot of problems for the common people of India. Villagers are turning towards cities in search of work. Due to unemployment, our well- trained and skilled engineers, doctors, pilots and scientists are going abroad for jobs. In America; there are 25% doctors and scientists from India. The great astronauts Sunita Williams and Kalpana Chawla are some of them. 
Solution of the problem. It is the duty of the govt. to solve this  menacing problem at the earliest. Too much of unemployed youth to  open rebellion. The govt. should provide subsidy and support the youth to  establish small-scale industrial units in the villages. They should be provided all facilities, e.g. electricity, drinking water, schools, etc. in the villages. Technical education should be introduced in our schools and colleges. Trained and skilled talent of India must not be allowed to settle a abroad. Reservation policy should be amended from time to time.     Completion. Let us take the unemployment problem as a challenge  otherwise the whole nation will plunge into darkness. All social agencies  and non-govt. organization (NGO) can play a major role in this matter. All  the youth of India must give-up laziness and accept the work without choicer
