All That Glitters is Not Gold

We will have a tendency to be lured by the outward glittering appearances of things. Appearances are usually deceptive. Man's real qualities cannot be judged by His exteriors.

It is true that man's action is his index and man is judged by his actions. If a man performs good deeds he Shall always be popular and respected in the world. Sometimes we come across a very insignificant looking Person but he suddenly performs some great action that makes one and all take a second look at him.

Sometimes there are things that appear shining and once we try to study it closely, to our dejection we find

That it was a worthless thing.

We must have sharp eyes and a keen perception to secwhat lies beyond the face. We must never take peopleat face value. A person who appears handsome andbeautiful physically may in fact be a mean person. Onlya shallow person is lured by the exterior.

A persons worth always becomes apparent in one wayor the other. A man with defects may try his best to conceal his defects and pretend to be what he is not.

A beautiful house may look like a wonderful place live in. But on taking a close look at the atmosphere in that house one may realize that it is the worst place to live in because there is no warmth that comes from love. And care among the people who live there.

That is why it has often been said that "beauty is onlyskin deep". A beautiful woman may seem like a perfect Person to wed but if she is a nasty person there is nopossibility of life being happy.

The same can be said about the choice of a husband. Ahandsome and rich man can never make his life happyif he is in considerate and selfish,

So it is necessary to look deeper, when dealing withpeople. One must always take ones time before forming our opinions about anybody.
