Dear Michael,

I hope Christmas was beautiful there. We made a walnut cake here and lit up the whole house with LEDs. With my aunt's family joining us for lunch, it was a real celebration at my house.

How is your reading going on? I recently got the autobiography of Benjamin Franklin and was quite surprised as to why I hadn't read the book before, with the man being so prominent in numerous walks of life.

I was surprised to see how humble the man was in his writing, in spite of him being one of the greatest polymaths of all times. Starting as a newspaperman and going on to be one of the founding fathers of the first democracy in the world, the man was nothing less than a genius. I was quite impressed by the way he scheduled his life, and the surety with which he said that he'd live the same life again, if given a chance.

Write to me about the book you're reading. Discussions with you on reading are really informative and interesting. I hope you find them the same.

Give my regards to your mom and dad.

Yours sincerely,

Veda
