Dear Sir,

I would like to express my extreme dissatisfaction at the behavior of the Assistant Manager at your branch. I and my wife had gone to the bank to get details of a failed card transaction. The talks which began pleasantly went horribly bad, ending with the official trying to assault my wife.

We have not made any police complaint, since we prefer this incident settled in a friendly manner.

I am looking forward to meeting you to resolve the matter amicably.
