Sir,

I, Siddharth Rao, have passed my engineering degree in electrical stream (2010-2014) batch from your college .Three days back I got my degree by post and found that the spelling of my first name mentioned on it was incorrect.

I request you to consider this as an application for correction of the misprint and issuance of the corrected degree as soon as possible, as 1 have to produce the revised and updated form of my degree in the counseling for my post-graduation.

I have also attached the demand draft for the re-issuance of my degree certificate.
