Sub: Changing of account details and its transfer to another branch

Sir/Madam,

I, Anand Narayan, have been holding a joint account with my wife, Sheila Narayan, the account number of which is 26489971. It was opened in my name as a savings bank account in 1990 and was converted into a joint account with my wife after my marriage in 2005.

Owing to untimely death of my wife on 6th December 2016, I'd like to have that joint account transferred to my name, and shift that account to your Branch at Patna where I reside at present.

I’ve attached the copies of our marriage certificate and her death certificate along with this.

Kindly look into the case and take steps for a faster resolution of the same.
