    Solution :

    (c): \[{{\left( \sqrt{6}+\sqrt{3} \right)}^{2}}=6+3+2\sqrt{18}=9+2\sqrt{18}\] \[{{\left( \sqrt{7}+\sqrt{2} \right)}^{2}}=7+2+2\sqrt{14}=9+2\sqrt{14}\] \[\sqrt{7}+\sqrt{1}=8+1+2\sqrt{18}=9+2\sqrt{18}\] \[\sqrt{5}+\sqrt{4}=5+4+2\sqrt{20}=9+2\sqrt{20}\] Hence \[\sqrt{8}+\sqrt{1}\] is smallest
