How did Jody look after the fawn after he accepted the responsibility for doing this? Q.4. How does Jody's mother react when she hears that he is going to bring the fawn home? Why does she react in this way?

    Answer:

A.1. Jody repeatedly reminded his father that now the fawn was their responsibility because they had killed its mother. It was ungrateful for them if they did not take its care. Penny realized it and allowed Jody to bring the fawn home. A.2. Dr. Wilson meant that as they had used doe's life for their sake, they must take of its fawn now.   A.3. Jody was very much conserved with the fawn. He shared his milk with it. Like a mother he dipped his fingers in the milk and offered the fawn to suck them.   A.4. She reacts in worried manner because she has nothing more to feed the fawn.
