    Solution :

     The term enzyme was coined by Kuhne in 1878. Enzymes may be simple of conjugated. Conjugated enzymes are made up of two parts, i.e., apoenzymes (protein part of an enzyme) and cofactor (non-protein part off an enzyme). When cofactor is an organic molecule and loosely attached with protein  part, it is called coenzyme.
