The plasmid is absent in virus. Chromosomes are the nuclear component capable of self-reproduction and carry genetic information from parents to offsprings. The chloroplast, is the organelle of plant cell containing the green pigment chlorophyll and carry out the process of photosynthesis. Small amount of DNA is found in chloroplast.
