    Solution :

    Suppose prices are 3x, 5x and 7x. Then.  \[3x+5x+7x=15000\times 3\]              \[15x=15000\times 3\]                  \[x=3000\] Hence, the rice of the cheapest item \[=3\times 3000\]  \[=Rs.\,\,9000\]
