    Offspring according to independent assortment \[\begin{matrix}    \text{AaBb} & \text{Aabb} & \text{aaBb} & \text{aabb}  \\    \text{1:} & \text{1:} & \text{1:} & \text{1}  \\    \text{(Parental)} & \text{(Recombinants)} & {} & \text{(Parental)}  \\ \end{matrix}\] Since parental percentage is more than recombinants it is due to linkage between genes A and B.
