                \[{{E}_{rms}}=200\,V\]
    \[{{X}_{C}}=\frac{1}{\omega C}=\frac{1}{1\times {{10}^{-6}}\times 100}={{10}^{4}}\Omega \]
    \[{{i}_{rms}}=\frac{{{E}_{rms}}}{{{X}_{C}}}\]
    \[{{i}_{rms}}=\frac{200}{{{10}^{4}}}=2\times {{10}^{-2}}A=20mA\]
