A) Will apprise the authorities about the prevailing problems / मौजुदा समस्याओं के बारे में अधिकारियों को बताएंगे

B) Will apprise the authorities about the prevailing problems and try to get them fixed before the new students arrive. / मौजूदा समस्याओं के बारे में अधिकारियों को बताएंगे और नए विद्यार्थीयों के आने से पहले उन्हें ठीक करवाने का प्रयास करेंगे

C) Will apprise the authorities about anticipated and prevailing problems and try to get them fixed before the new students arrive. /  प्रत्याशित और मौजूदा समस्याओं के बारे में अधिकारियों को बताएँगे और नए विद्यार्थीर्यों के आने से पहले उन्हें ठीक करवाने का प्रयास करेंगे

D) Will wait for the new students to arrive and report the problems. / नए विद्यार्थियों के आने का और समस्याओं की शिकायत करने का इंतजार करेंगे
