Direction: These questions are followed by two statements X and Y. Choose the correct answer on the basis of the given alternatives:

निर्देश: नीचे दिए गए प्रश्नों के साथ दो कथन X एवं Y दिए गए हैं। अपना उत्तर निम्न विकल्पों के आधार पर चुनिएः

What time will it take to travel from E to F? Travelling from E to F and coming back from F to E takes 5 hours.

E से F तक जाने में कितना समय लगेगा?  E से F तक जाने तथा F से पुनः E तक आने में 5 घंटे लगते हैं।

Statement X: It takes 20% more time to travel from E to F than it takes to travel from F to E.

कथन X : E से F तक जाने में F से E तक आने की तुलना में 20% समय ज्यादा लगता है।

Statement Y:      G is midway between E and F and it takes \[2\frac{1}{2}\] hours 10 travel from E to G and back to E.

कथन Y : E एवं F का मध्य बिंदु G है तथा E से G तक जाने एवं G से पुनः E तक आने में \[2\frac{1}{2}\] घंटे लगते हैं।

A) Statement X alone is sufficient to answer the question asked but the statement Y itself is not sufficient to answer the question. / केवल कथन X ही दिए गए प्रश्न का उत्तर देने के लिए पर्याप्त है, किन्तु केवल कथन Y के आधार पर प्रश्न का उत्तर नहीं दिया जा सकता।

B) Statement Y alone is sufficient to answer the given question, but statement X alone is not sufficient to answer the question. / केवल कथन Y ही दिए गए प्रश्न का उत्तर देने के लिए पर्याप्त है, किन्तु केवल कथन X के आधार पर प्रश्न का उत्तर नहीं दिया जा सकता।

C) Both the statements X and Y together are sufficient to answer the given question but neither statement by itself is sufficient to answer the question. / प्रश्न का उत्तर ज्ञात करने के लिए केवल X या केवल Y पर्याप्त नहीं  है बल्कि दोनों कथन X व Y एक साथ प्रश्न का उत्तर देने के लिए पर्याप्त हैं।

D) Two statements X and Y even when taken together are not sufficient to answer the question. / दोनों कथन X एवं Y एक साथ लेने पर भी प्रश्न का उत्तर देने के लिए पर्याप्त नहीं हैं।
