    We know that, kinetic energy \[E\propto T\] \[\therefore \]  \[\frac{{{E}_{1}}}{{{E}_{2}}}=\frac{{{T}_{1}}}{{{T}_{2}}}\]                 \[\frac{{{E}_{1}}}{{{E}_{2}}}=\frac{T}{T}\]              \[(\because {{T}_{1}}={{T}_{2}}=T)\]                 \[\frac{{{E}_{1}}}{{{E}_{2}}}=1\] Therefore, \[{{E}_{1}}:{{E}_{2}}=1:1\]
