    Solution :

    From equation of continuity, \[{{a}_{1}}{{v}_{1}}={{a}_{2}}{{v}_{2}}\] \[\left( 8\times {{10}^{-4}} \right)\times \left( \frac{0.15}{60} \right)=\left( 40\times {{10}^{-8}} \right)\times v\] \[v=\frac{(8\times {{10}^{-4}})\times 0.15}{60\times 40\times {{10}^{-8}}}\]    \[=5\,m\text{/}s.\]
