    Applying Keplers law \[{{T}^{2}}\propto {{R}^{3}}\] Hence   \[\frac{T_{2}^{2}}{T_{1}^{2}}=\frac{R_{2}^{3}}{R_{1}^{3}}={{\left( \frac{1}{4}\frac{{{R}_{1}}}{{{R}_{1}}} \right)}^{3}}\] or            \[{{T}_{2}}={{\left( \frac{1}{4} \right)}^{3/2}}\] \[{{T}_{1}}=\frac{{{T}_{1}}}{8}\]
