    \[A{{g}^{+}}\] is present in 1st group and \[C{{u}^{2+}}\] in 2nd group of basic-radical analysis. \[A{{g}^{+}}\] can be precipitated by adding dil. \[HCl\] to the solution, while \[C{{u}^{2+}}\] is not precipitated as the solubility product of \[CuC{{l}_{2}}\] is higher than \[AgCl\].
