    Solution :

                    Fungi are very large and divergent group of organisms. They lack chlorophyll, therefore, heterotrophic in nature. Their cell wall is formed of chitin (fungus cellulose). The cells in higher plants and fungi is eukarotic i.g., passess a well develsped nucleus. The reproduction in higher and fungi are of two type i.e., asexual reproduction and sexual reproduction. However sexual reproduction is alsent is deutermycetes (fungi imperfacti).
