    Solution :

                    \[16=10+3a\] [Here,   \[u=10m/s,v=16m/s,\]                              \[t=3s,\,\,a=2m/{{s}^{2}}\]] and     \[10=u+2\times 2\][u = required velocity]                 \[u=6m/s\]                         (\[\because \] \[t=2s\])
