    The cells of columner epithelium are column like and nucleus is oval and basal. Cells may project microvilli on free surface and form brush border. Ligament is formed of yellow Fibrous connective tissue. It connect bone to bone line. Cartilage   forming   cells   are   called chondrioblast cells. Cartilage is found in larynx. Somatotropes (human growth hormone) stain strongly with acid dyes and are therefore called acidophils.
