                     Dehydration, condensation, decarboxylation and hydration take place during Krebs cycle. Decarboxylarion does not take place in glycolysis. Dehydration (i.e., removal of water molecule) takes place during conversion of citrate into cis aconitate in Krebs cycle. - During conversion of isocitrate ot a keto gluterate and a-ketogluterate to succinyl CoA-oxidative de carboxylation takes place. - Condensation takes place during conversion of oxaloacetate to citrate (I step of Krebs cycle). Isomerization takes place in the compounds of glycolysis.
