    Solution :

     We have \[x=-0.3sin\,(t-\pi /4)\] Comparing with the general equation \[x={{x}_{0}}\sin \,(\omega \,t+\phi )\] So, \[{{x}_{0}}=0.3,\,\,\omega =1,\phi =\pi /4\] Hence, \[2\,\pi f=1\] \[\Rightarrow \] \[f=1/2\pi \]
