    The cell body of the neuron (nerve fibre) contains densely stained areas of rough endoplasmic reticulum known as Nissls bodies, these are not found in dendrites or axon. RBCs or erythrocytes are most abundant cells in the human body. The matured mammalian RBC do not have cell organelles including nucleus. Mitochondria, ribosomes, centrioles  and endoplasmic reticulum. Almost entire cytoplasm is filled with haemoglobin. WBCs or leucocytes contain cell nucleus,cell membrane and cytoplasm. They do not have haemoglobin. They act as soldiers and scavengers.
