    Solution :

     From Faradays law of electromagnetic induction, the mutual induction of two coils is equal to the numerical value of the induced emf in one coil, for unit rate of change of current in the other. \[M=-\frac{e}{\Delta \,i/\Delta \,t}\] Given, \[e=1500\,V,\frac{\Delta \,i}{\Delta \,t}=\frac{-3}{0.01}\] \[\therefore \] \[M=-\frac{1500}{(-3/0.01)}=5\,H\].
