    Solution :

    Klinefelters syndrome is the result of trisomy of sex chromosome. It has chromosome complement of 44 + XXY. Individual suffering from this syndrome is genetically male with under-developed testes, mental retardation and gynaecomastia. Downs syndrome is caused due to trisomy of 21st chromosome. The main features are mental deficiency, short stature, round face, flaccid muscles, small ears, protruding tongue arid epithelial folds over the eye.
