    A)  0.84

    B)  0.32

    C)  0.56

    D)             0.92

    Correct Answer: A

    Solution :

According to Hardy Weinbergs law of equilibrium the relative frequencies of various kinds of genes in a large and randomly mating, sexual panmictic population tend to remain constant from generation to generation in the absence of mutation, selection and gene flow. The frequency of dominant allele in such population  will  be  0.84  (0.72  from homozygous dominant and 0.12 from heterozygous dominant).
