    Solution :

                    The moment of inertia \[I=\frac{1}{4}m{{r}^{2}}\] \[\therefore \]  \[I=\frac{1\times {{(0.1)}^{2}}}{4}=\frac{1\times 1\times {{10}^{-2}}}{4}\]                 \[=2.5\times {{10}^{-3}}kg\text{-}{{m}^{2}}\]
