Only the works, as enumerated above, can be protected under copyright law. Facts A very famous actor acted in a cinematographic film. The actor was also the producer and director of cinematographic film.

    Ans.  According to the principle, acting in a cinematographic film is not protected under copyright law. In this case an actor acted in a cinematographic film and he was also the producer and director of cinematographic film, so the acting of an actor cannot be protected under copyright law.
