    Since\[\overrightarrow{a}\]is\[\bot \]to\[\overrightarrow{a}\times \overrightarrow{b}\] \[\Rightarrow \]               \[\overrightarrow{a}.(\overrightarrow{a}\times \overrightarrow{b})=0\]             \[\Rightarrow \]               \[(2\hat{i}-3\hat{j}+p\hat{k}).(4\hat{i}+2\hat{j}-2\hat{k})\] \[\Rightarrow \]               \[8-6-2p=0\Rightarrow p=1\]
