    Given pair of lines is \[{{x}^{2}}+2\sqrt{2}xy+2{{y}^{2}}+4x+4\sqrt{2y}-8=0\] Here, \[a=1,b=2,h=\sqrt{2},g=2,\] \[f=2\sqrt{2},c=-8\] Since, the lines are parallel \[\therefore \]Distance between them is                 \[d=2\sqrt{\frac{{{g}^{2}}-ac}{a(a+b)}}\] \[\Rightarrow \]               \[d=2\sqrt{\frac{4+8}{1(3)}}=2\sqrt{\frac{12}{3}}=4\]
