                     Pollination is the transfer of pollen grains from anthers to stigma of a flowers. Autogamy is self pollination which occurs between anther and stigma of the same flower. Cleistogamy is the self pollination, in which flowers remains closed. In chasmogamy, the flowers are open. Stigma comes in contact with anthers due to growth of style as convulvulus. Allogamy is cross pollination, in which transfer of pollen grains occurs from the anthers of one flowers to stigma of a genetically dissimilar flower.
