    Solution :

                     Acceleration of the block \[a=\frac{F}{m}\] \[a=\frac{1}{m}\frac{P}{t}\] \[=\frac{1}{m}.\frac{m'v}{t}\] where\[\frac{m'}{t}=\]rate of releasing of water = 1 kg/s \[\therefore \]  \[a=\frac{1}{2}\times 1\times 5\] \[=\frac{5}{2}=2.5m/{{s}^{2}}\]
