    Solution :

                     In thermite process aluminium acts as a reducing agent and reduces the metal oxides into metal. In reaction, \[2Fe+A{{l}_{2}}{{O}_{3}}\xrightarrow{{}}2Al+F{{e}_{2}}{{O}_{3}}\] aluminium is reduced and metal acts as reducing agent. Hence, this reaction is not the thermite process.
