    Solution :

                 Plant tissue culture is the technique of in vtro maintaining and growing plant cells, tissues or organs aseptically on artificial medium in suitable containers under controlled environmental condition. Embryoids are non-zygotic or somatic embryo-like structure, which are produced in vitro culture and have the ability to form full Hedged plants. Genetic variation present among plant cells of a culture is called soma clonal variation. Sterile triploid and seed less fruits are produced with the help of meristem culture, eg. Banana.
