                    A donor having AB blood group can donate his blood to the person having AB blood group only. Blood group AB contains A and B antigens, which will trigger anti-A, anti-B and anti-AB response in persons having blood group B, A and 0 respectively. But, as the receiver with AB blood group wont raise A or B or both antibodies, he is the actual recepient.
