                     \[s={{T}_{descent}}=\frac{u\sin \alpha }{g}\]                 \[T=\frac{u\sin \alpha }{g-\frac{g}{10}}=\frac{10}{9}\left( \frac{u\sin \alpha }{g} \right)\] So, increase in time is \[\left( \frac{10}{9}-1 \right)T\] \[\Rightarrow \] percent increase \[=\frac{100}{9}=11%\]
