Muscle is a tissue consisting of sheets or bundles of cells that are capable of contraction, so producing movement and tension in the body. Muscle are of three type (i) Voluntary, (ii) Involuntary and (iii) Cardiac muscles. Connective tissue is an animal tissue consisting of small number of cells and fibres and a large amount of intercellular matrix. It provides support, as packing material, defence and repair.
