Cerebrum is a centre for intelligence, emotion, will power, memory,   consciousness, imagination, experience,     knowledge, reasoning, voluntary controls, weeping and laughing, micturition and defecation. Cerebellum is primary centre for balancing, equilibrium, orientation and co-ordination of muscular activities. Spinal cord provides pathway to sensory impulse towards brain and pathway to moter nerve impulse away from brain.
