    Solution :

                     Oenothera type of embryo sac is monosporic and the organisation of the mature embryo sac is an egg apparatus and a uninucleate central cell, eg, Onagraceae. Therefore, the number of chromosomes x.. endosperm will be 32 (diploid). In endosperm, developed from Polygonum type of embryo sac the chromosome number will be 48 (triploid).
