    Consider a symmetrical spherical surface around the point charge at a distance a. Potential at each point of this spherical surface is \[({{f}_{nn}})\]  constant. This surface acts as an equipotential surface. Consider a isolated spherical capacitor of radius b. Potential of each point on the surface \[{{f}_{pp}}<{{f}_{pn}}={{f}_{nn}}\] constant.
