  • question_answer
Consider the circular loop having current\[{{T}_{2}}\] and with central point O. The magnetic field at the central point O is

    A) \[\frac{{{l}_{1}}+{{l}_{2}}}{2}\] acting downward

    B)  \[\sqrt{{{l}_{1}}+{{l}_{2}}}\] acting downward

    C) \[\frac{{{l}_{1}}{{T}_{2}}-{{l}_{2}}{{T}_{1}}}{{{T}_{2}}-{{T}_{1}}}\] acting downward

    D)  \[\frac{{{l}_{1}}{{T}_{2}}+{{l}_{2}}{{T}_{1}}}{{{T}_{1}}+{{T}_{2}}}\] acting upward

    Correct Answer: B

    Solution :

The angle subtended by circular part of the conduction is\[\text{K}{{\text{O}}_{\text{2}}}\]. The net magnetic field at point 0 is\[\text{C}{{\text{O}}_{\text{2}}}\]where, \[\text{C}{{\text{O}}_{\text{2}}}\] = magnetic field due to arc II and \[{{\text{O}}_{\text{2}}}\] = magnetic field due to arc \[{{S}_{N}}1\]
