    Rennin is found in gastric juices and responsible for coagulation of milk. Trypsin and chymotrypsin enzymes are released by pancreas, this act on proteins and polypeptides of food and split them into smaller peptide fragments. Amylase enzyme is secreted by salivary gland as well as pancreatic gland. It acts on polysaccharides of food and split them into disaccharides.
