    Amoeba is a unicellular, eukaryotic protozoan animal. The outermost covering of Amoeba plasma membrane (all animal have plasma membrane as an outermost covering). Chara is an algae, it contains cellulosic cell wall as an outermost covering. Yeast is a fungus, it also have fungul cellulos cell wall as an outer most covering. E. coli is a gram-ve bacterium. It also has a cell wall as an outermost covering which is made up of lipopolysaccharides.
