    Each sperm of man is a microscopic 50-70 (am long, motile and elongated tadpole like haploid cell. It consists of head, middle piece and a tail or flagellum. The head contains a nucleus and an acrosome which forms a cap like structure at the tip of sperms head. Acrosome is formed by Golgibodiesduring spermeogenesis. i.e., sperm formation.
