    Solution :

                                    \[\Delta v={{v}_{0}}(3\alpha )\Delta T\]                 \[=\frac{4}{3}\pi {{(10)}^{3}}\times 3\times 23\times {{10}^{-6}}\times 100\]                 \[\Delta v=28.9cc.\]
