    \[F{{e}^{++}}\]is a component of haemoglobin i. e, iron and proteins are raw material for the synthesis of haemoglobin and thus also for RBCs Deficiency of \[F{{e}^{++}}\] as well as protein, vitamin \[{{\text{B}}_{\text{12}}}\]and folic acid can cause anaemia. Calcium is useful for the formation of bones, teeth and muscular and nerve activities. It also helps in blood clotting. Its deficiency cause rickets and muscle spasms. Magnesium helps in release of energy. It also acts as catalyst. The magnisium take part in muscle relaxation and keeps nerves relaxed. Phosphorus : It is a pan of energy carriers (ATP, ADP, AMP) nucleic acids, coenzymes. It functions in muscle and nerve activities and maintaining blood pH.
