    Vitamin \[{{B}_{2}}\]and folic acid are required for normal production of new Red Blood Corpuscles (RB Cs).                 Vitamin K is a fat soluble vitamin. It requires for blood clotting. Deficiency of this vitamin leads bleeding .                 Vitamin A can also be dissolved in fat. It is used in making visual pigments and maintenance of epithelial tissues. Deficiency of this vitamin leads to night blindness.                 Vitamin D is also a fat soluble vitamin. It increases the absorption of calcium and promoters bone formation. Deficiency of vitamin D leads the disease rickets.
