    Solution :

    Let the units digit of a two digit number = x Tens digit \[=7-x\] Two digit number \[=10(7-x)+x\] \[=~70-9x\] other number \[=10x+(7-x+1)\] \[=\,\,\,9x+8\]  \[\therefore \,\,\left( 70-9x \right)\times \frac{1}{2}=9x+8\] \[\Rightarrow \,\,\,x=2\] \[\therefore \] Two digit number \[=70-9\times 2=\] .
